You can’t buy pride, it just has to be yours. They print it on shirts, they sell it in stores. It’s like a plaque to wear to show real color. But it’s not a perfume, it’s your natural odor. By pride I mean seeing yourself in the mirror. Seeing your true self at work or in the streets. You’ve seen it all - Ghosts, shrieking horrors. All that to find the pride that makes you unique. Bi pride - it’s not gay, it’s not straight and mostly It doesn’t have to be. It doesn’t want to at all. It’s great on its own - Bi Pride deserves to be seen, To be shared and celebrated bi you and by me.
